Time for a new dating medium
As promised earlier, part of my new dating regime was to include on-line dating. Tomorrow night, I will take my first crack at it. I registered myself on
Friendster a while back, but I hadn't tried using it for anything besides finding old friends. About a week ago, some girl started messaging me from out of the blue. I looked up her profile and she appeared to be quite attractive, so I emailed her back. We continued to exchange messages, but email tends to be somewhat limiting (and sterile) as far as conversation goes. So, rather than continue a strictly online friendship, I suggested that we meet up for drinks. She was quite receptive to the idea and sent me her phone number. I spoke with her briefly last night and we set up a date for tomorrow night. Hopefully all will go well and the internet will once again prove itself as my friend.
